Billing Terms & Conditions
These Billing Terms and Conditions are entered into between you and VELARO GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC, the owner and operator of loptok.com (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By completing a purchase on loptok.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
The Company currently accepts the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
All card transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s payment gateway. A PayPal account is not required to pay by card. We do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
B. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND CHARGE TIMING
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and payment authorization is confirmed. Order processing begins only after a successful payment authorization. If authorization fails, your order will not be created and no charge will be applied. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed. This email serves as your billing confirmation.
C. PRICING AND CURRENCY
All prices on loptok.com are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged. If your payment account is denominated in a different currency, your financial institution or PayPal will apply their applicable exchange rate and any associated conversion fees. The Company has no control over these rates or fees.
D. SALES TAX
Sales tax may be calculated and applied to your order depending on your shipping address and applicable U.S. state and local tax regulations. Any applicable tax will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
E. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If your payment is declined at checkout, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and available balance before attempting again. Common reasons for a declined payment include:
- Incorrect card number, expiration date, or billing address
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
- Your bank or card issuer flagging the transaction for security review
The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by your card issuer, bank, or PayPal. If the issue persists, please contact your financial institution directly or try an alternative payment method.
F. BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date. We will review the transaction and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
G. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is 7–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
H. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or PayPal. Our team is committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay your resolution and affect your ability to place future orders.
I. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND BILLING
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet entered processing. If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-shipment options.
J. PAYMENT SECURITY
All transactions on loptok.com are protected by SSL encryption. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal under PCI-DSS compliant standards. The Company does not store or access your full card details at any time.
K. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may update these Billing Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated date. Continued use of loptok.com constitutes your acceptance of the current terms.
