1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from loptok.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all related policies, including but not limited to our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Settings.

2. SERVICE SCOPE AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Loptok sells apparel and footwear exclusively through the Site.

Shipping is currently available within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and eligible U.S. territories as defined in our Shipping Policy. Orders shipped to freight-forwarding services or non-U.S. addresses may be cancelled.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change at any time. In the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct the information and notify affected customers.

3. ORDERS, ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENTS

Orders may be placed 24/7 through the Site.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal.

An order is considered accepted only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email.

Order Status:

Processing: 1–3 business days after payment

Shipped: order handed over to the carrier with tracking information

Completed: delivery confirmed by the carrier

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refund any order due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

4. PRICING AND CURRENCY

All prices listed on the Site are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or exchange rate differences applied by PayPal or your financial institution are the customer’s responsibility.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Standard transit time: 5–7 business days (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas)

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout

We do not currently offer expedited or international shipping.

All shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. In case of any inconsistency, the Shipping Policy shall prevail.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]

Once fulfillment or production has begun, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

No restocking fees

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-returnable items, exclusions, and procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except where required by law, all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Loptok disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, and non-infringement.

9. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS

Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

10. USER ACCOUNTS, CONDUCT AND SECURITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under it.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, unauthorized resale, data scraping, malware distribution, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loptok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, purchases, payments, shipping, or products shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.
Either party may pursue eligible claims in small-claims court.
