1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from loptok.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and all associated policies, including our Shipping PolicyReturn & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


2. Service Scope & Product Availability

  • Loptok sells clothing and accessories for personal use.

  • We only ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states, D.C., and US territories as described in our Shipping Policy).

  • International shipping is not available. Orders with international or restricted addresses (e.g., freight forwarders) will be cancelled.

  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability are updated regularly, but errors may be corrected and will be communicated promptly.


3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.

  • Payment methods accepted: major credit/debit cards, PayPal (all processed securely).

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.

  • Orders not paid or with failed payment will not be processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order due to inventory, payment, or policy errors.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship within the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Flat rate shipping applies; see Shipping Policy for full details.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing, depending on location. Extended times may apply to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, or during peak seasons.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

  • Expedited and international shipping are currently not available.


5. Cancellations, Modifications & Errors

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation/modification, contact [email protected] with your order number.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors in product listings, pricing, or availability, and will contact you in such cases.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (not order date).
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging (see full Return & Refund Policy).

  • Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., intimate apparel, earrings, custom jewelry, final sale).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on standard returns (unless defective/wrong item).

  • Defective or incorrect items are eligible for free return shipping and a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 10 business days of receipt.

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be processed.


7. Exchanges

  • Size and color exchanges are accepted for the same item, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


8. User Accounts & Security

  • Creating an account allows you to track orders and manage returns.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including product images, descriptions, designs, and branding, belongs to Loptok or its partners.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Loptok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by incorrect addresses, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

  • Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and only use your information for order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.

  • We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, technology, or applicable laws.
