1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from loptok.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all linked policies — Shipping, Return & Refund, Privacy, and Cookie Settings. If you do not agree, please exit the Site and refrain from purchasing.

2. Service Scope & Product Availability

  • Loptok sells clothing and accessories for personal, non-commercial use.

  • U.S.-only shipping: all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories listed in our Shipping Policy. Orders to freight-forwarders or non-U.S. addresses will be cancelled.

  • Prices, descriptions and stock levels are updated frequently; obvious errors may be corrected and you will be notified.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed 24/7; payment is captured through Stripe or PayPal.

  • An order is accepted only after successful payment and the confirmation email.

  • We may cancel and fully refund any order due to stock issues, payment fraud, policy violations or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Standard transit: 4–8 business days (see Shipping Policy for current carrier estimates and Alaska/Hawaii exceptions).

  • A flat-rate or free-shipping promotion (when offered) applies at checkout; all parcels include a USPS tracking number.

  • We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number. After 12 hours your order is sent to fulfillment and cannot be altered.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • 30-day window: returns and size/color exchanges accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.

  • Free prepaid USPS return label for all U.S. returns; no restocking fees.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days of receiving the item.

7. Promotions & Coupons

One promotion code may be applied per order and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Promotions have no cash value and may be withdrawn without notice.

8. User Accounts, Conduct & Security

  • You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your state) to create an account or purchase.

  • Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Prohibited uses include: scraping, resale without licence, fraudulent orders, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, and any activity that disrupts Site operation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — product photos, designs, graphics, code, and trademarks — is owned by Loptok or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Loptok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts principles.

  • Binding Arbitration: Any dispute will be resolved by final, individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

  • Class-Action Waiver: You and Loptok waive any right to participate in a class or representative proceeding.

13. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to:

14. California Notices

14.1 CA Civil Code §1789.3

14.2 Notice of Financial Incentive

We offer birthday discounts or early-access promotions in exchange for joining our marketing list. Participation is voluntary; opt-out at any time. The value of your data is reasonably related to the cost of providing these incentives.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier interruptions.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and linked policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Loptok, superseding all prior agreements.

17. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or law. Material changes will be announced by email or Site banner 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
