 Returnable Items

  • Condition: New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • No odors, stains, or pet hair
  • Original packaging: All tags, poly-bag, and inserts included
  • Timeline: Return initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Method: Mail only using our prepaid USPS label

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized T-shirts
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Returns initiated after 30-day window
  • Products not purchased directly from our website

2. How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

  • We’ll create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • No additional approval steps required

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Use original packaging or secure mailer
  • Include all original tags and inserts
  • Attach the prepaid USPS label from your original shipment

  • Drop off at any USPS location
  • Keep your receipt for tracking
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days

 Important: Packages sent after 30 days or without RMA may be refused and returned at sender’s expense.
